hey everyone.

does anyone have any ideas of a programme that i can get that will allow me to download video from any video website, then watch it on my desktop like in windows media player or something?.

the reason i ask is because i keep having the problem with the videos not buffering correctly online, so i'm just wondering what you'd suggest

do a search of firefox plug ins i believe there is a "steal this video" plug in .. I tink thats what the button next to the video link will say but can't remember if thats the name of the plug in . its supposed to work for youtube and a couple of the other video sites. Another way is www.keepvid.com that lets you paste in the link to a video on youtube or other popular video site and then it will give you a link to download it in either flash or mp4 format.

or use www.keepvid.com if you are using some other browser! While the plug-ins are nice, I personally despise of firefox for not being able to view pages before their completely loaded.
keepvid.com for downloading youtube vids.
